based recommendations for wellness programs including
nutrition, activity, supplements, and more. These
recommendation are specific to the individual patient or

results driven wellness program. The care provider
can asses the individual results, and modify how
agressive the program should be.
CDE acts as a communicatio router between provider
and patient. It uses realtime data to notify the
provider of patient issues, and helps keep the patient
on track by pushing messages based on a variety of
inputs.
